While organizations are making efforts to improve on their security, they still face security-related challenges all the time. This is most times related to human weakness because the weakest link in security is the human being. Most organizations and institutions have guards who may even have national security background including law and order but are not conversant with the threats that face the corporate world. They thus fail to identify the threats correctly or actually due to poor etiquette ‘chase’ the clients of their employers away.
Our training help to focus their guards on the core business of their employer and prepares them to help the employer make profits or achieve their organizational goals. We also remind the guards of their roles and teach them how to use the security devices available to them effectively.
